Why?

I struggled with porn addiction for over a decade, and still fighting it. In 2017, it almost took my life, and I don't wish that even to my worst enemy (I don't have one, I think)

My purpose in life is to help men conquer their addiction and improve their well-being through deep internal work.

Who are we?

The Shift, is a Christian-oriented program to help men conquer their pornography addiction. We mix scientific research, step-by-step work plans, spiritual guidance, community support, and an engaging learning experience.

We cannot overcome this alone. I tried. I failed.
